Return Policy

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return an item.

After this period, returns cannot be accepted unless there is a defect or an error on our part.

2. Return Conditions

For your return to be accepted, items must be:

  • In their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged)
  • With original tags attached
  • In the original packaging if possible
  • Accompanied by the return form or proof of purchase

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to the "Orders" section of your profile
  3. Select the relevant order
  4. Click on "Request a return"
  5. Follow the instructions to obtain the return label

Once your request is approved, you will receive a return label and instructions by email.

4. Return Fees

Returns are simple and quick. If your product is defective or we made an error, return fees are covered. In other cases, fees may be at your charge.

5. Return Processing

Upon receipt of your return at our warehouse:

  • We will inspect returned items within 2–3 business days
  • Once validated, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the order
  • You will receive a confirmation email

6. Refund

The refunded amount corresponds to the purchase price of the returned item, excluding initial shipping costs (except in case of our error).

The refund time to your bank account may vary from 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:

  • Underwear items
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items damaged due to improper use
  • Items returned without their original packaging

8. Defective Items or Order Errors

If you receive a defective item or if we made an error in your order:

  • Contact us immediately via our contact form
  • We will arrange an exchange or a refund
  • Return fees will be at our charge

9. Exchanges

We do not perform direct exchanges. If you want another item:

  1. Return the original item following the return procedure
  2. Once the return is validated and refunded
  3. Place a new order for the desired item
